No Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

Non-Circumvent and Non-Compete Agreement

By using our services, you agree not to circumvent or compete with Hoaloha Hui for a period of seven (7) years from the date of agreement acceptance.

Unauthorized Sharing of Courses

It is strictly prohibited to share, distribute, or reproduce any course content provided by Hoaloha Hui LLC without explicit written permission.

Communications Consent

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive emails, text messages, and phone calls from Hoaloha Hui LLC for the purpose of providing updates, offers, and other relevant communications. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

Agreement Violations

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that any breach of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to damages and injunctive relief.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Honolulu, Hawaii.
